MedeAIR was founded in 2014 by clinicians, scientists and operators who had spent careers inside critical care, surgery, research and national health systems — and who had concluded that the future of healthcare would have to be built, not bought. A decade later, MedeAIR's work spans national health strategy, patented diagnostics, virtual care platforms, and the world's first patient-owned medical digital twin ecosystem.

Foresight before consensus
We work on the healthcare systems of the next decade, not the last. Our 2014 RFDS strategy proposed virtual critical care networks years before they became standard. Our 2017 Quantum Consult™ patent pre-dates today's agentic intake bots. Our 2019 Akkure platform deployed patient-owned medical digital twins before 'digital twin' entered the healthcare lexicon.

Patient ownership by default
Where commercial gene sequencing and ancestry businesses extract patient data without true consent, MedeAIR's platforms invert the relationship. Patients own their digital twin, control access via blockchain-permissioned smart contracts, and decide which researchers or sponsors can use their data.
