Designed in 2017, Quantum Consult™ pre-dated the current generation of LLM-driven intake bots by years. Its multimodal architecture — separate, parallel processes for video, audio and text input, each with re-record loops, automated speech-to-text, keyword extraction and dynamic question modification — anticipated the agentic, adaptive intake workflows now emerging in healthcare AI.
The output is a compressed, ranked playlist and a 280-character clinical summary. A provider-matching engine returns the top providers based on extracted tags and seeker characteristics, with the playlist and summary forwarded to selected clinicians for asynchronous review.
Quantum Consult™ became the underlying engine for Akkure's tele-trials platform and the broader patient-physician matching layer, ensuring efficient and seamless execution of the remote virtual consultation while maximising clinician time and facilitating global equity of access.
